Sales & Business Development Internship

Learn the full B2B sales cycle—from creating pipeline to closing deals. You’ll start with a structured learning program, follow proven playbooks, and get continuous support so you become effective fast.

About the position

This is a hands-on internship where you actively contribute to pipeline creation and deal progress. You’ll learn modern outbound, qualification, discovery support, and deal execution—building the habits, messaging, and confidence to perform in real customer conversations.

Job responsibilities

  • Create pipeline through outbound prospecting, outreach, and consistent multi-touch follow-up.
  • Build and segment prospect lists; research accounts and personalize messaging at scale.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound responses and book meetings with clear context and next steps.
  • Support discovery and proposals: prep, notes, follow-up, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Co-own opportunities through the sales cycle and progressively take ownership through to close (with coaching).
  • Follow proven playbooks for calls, emails, sequences, and deal progression—and improve them with feedback.
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene: activity, notes, next steps, stages, and outcomes.
  • Track performance (activity, conversion, meetings, opportunities) and improve weekly through coaching and reviews.

You’ll begin with Savion’s learning program: onboarding modules, scripts, sequences, objection handling, and call reviews. After that, you’ll execute daily with proven playbooks and continuous coaching—so you don’t just “try sales”, you actually learn to sell.
